Nagamas Textiles was founded in Majalaya, West Java; one of the textile industries centers in Indonesia. Located about 40 km south of Bandung city.
Established in 1980, was started by making only plain’s dobby fabrics and grew rapidly to begin producing all kinds of yarn-dyed items (check & stripe) in plain or dobby weave.
By now, Nagamas Textiles has become one of leading textile manufacturers producing good-quality and unique design yarn dyed textile products.
Currently we have 200 looms for both shuttle and rapier looms. About 80% of the looms are equipped by dobby mechanism and 60% of the looms are able to weave 4 weft colours.
Preparation machines such as direct and sectional warping, sizing, winding etc. also owned by Nagamas Textiles. Some processing and finishing task will be completed by our partner companies within our quality standard.
Mainly we produce all kinds of fabric focusing on yarn-dyed items, which use most kinds of thread such as cotton, rayon, linen, tetoron-cotton, tetoron-rayon and even filament materials e.g. polyester.
Basically, our products are made for kidswear, menswear and ladieswear. We also provide custom products (e.g. dobby, seersucker and plain’s dobby fabric) and general fashion items which are made by special order.
Our production capacity is approximately 250, 000 yards per month. We produce limited quantity due to our exclusive and complex designs.
About 65% of Nagamas Textiles' productions are currently being made for the export markets to serve Asia, Europe and America.
Our marketing commitment is to fulfill the consumers’ needs by producing good quality fabrics to meet our customers’ satisfaction.
Our further goals are to expand our marketing network existence in continuously serving the needs and demands of more potential customers, and to introduce our sophisticated products to global markets.
